My husband was in an accident in 2010 he was on his cycle riding and was hit by a speeding vehicle, thrown 30 meters with many injuries has been left a quadriplegic. He was in complex care facilities for about four and a half years trying to stabilize and rehabilitate him.
In 2014 we were making plans to bring him home cause at this point he was stable enough to get back home, but we needed to make our home accessible for him. We interviewed 3 companies but when I and the Occupational therapist met John from ADL we knew ADL was the company to go with and we never looked back. The service was great the staff working at my home were great and John took personal interest to come over and see things for himself. Today we have a beautiful place for my husband to enjoy and its been 9 years since he is home wheelchair bound but very happy he is where he wats to be and ADL made it happen.
At some point my neighbor complained to the city about where our generator was placed, I had to go in front of the committee and explain and John said I will come with you and speak to them and he did and the case got thrown out, that is how John stands by his clients who would do that, thanks to John.
A sump pump had to be installed in our basement so it does not flood, ADL installed one in January of 2023 the sump pump stopped working I messaged John and he sent a plumber and got a new motor in and now it is working again. Who would do this John stands by his clients no matter how many years pass by he is a man of his word and stands by all he does. Not many of John’s are around today, John has a passion for what he does he loves his clients and takes pride in what he does more importantly he stands by you all the time not just 3 year warranty and its done his is a life time.
Thanks you John for all you do and the difference you make in the disabled world you will be blessed always for all you kindness and hard and honest work you do. All the very best John.
